Over time, this evolved into working as a business strategist, contributing to business planning, market research, and growth-oriented initiatives across multiple sectors. My interests span strategy consulting, financial institutions, real estate, logistics, and digital innovation, with a long-term goal of building scalable, impact-driven organizations in Africa and globally.

Kikelomo Owoyale, ACA is a Chartered Accountant and ecosystem builder advancing access to capital for African founders. She is the Founder and CEO of SheFoundry Ltd and Managing Director at Monizia Partners, driving investment and venture support across the continent. She currently serves as the 54th President of JCI Lagos Metropolitan. A seasoned speaker and facilitator, her work spans startup finance, capital raising, and leadership development, with engagements across leading platforms such as Lagos Tech Summit, StartupSouth X, and Women Startup Competition Africa. Her contributions have earned recognition including the Leadership Roundtable Summit Award (Finance Category), the GAPX Young Female Rising Stars Award, and a Ten Outstanding Young Persons nomination.

As Managing Partner at Monizia Partners Ltd, he focuses on originating investment opportunities, supporting deal structuring, and enabling businesses to access capital and scale sustainably across emerging markets. Trained as a Pharmacist, Samson brings deep sector insight into Healthcare systems, Pharmaceutical markets, and patient-centered service delivery. He has founded Pharmaceutical and Healthcare businesses and advised healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and growth-stage enterprises on market entry, business development, and strategic positioning, with a strong emphasis on bridging the gap between capital and viable opportunities. In addition to his Healthcare and Pharma Sector experience, Samson has been involved in the hospitality sector, contributing to the development and management of customer-focused businesses, strengthening his understanding of operations and scalable enterprise growth. He is the Founder of Zinom Healthcare, a Nigeria-based advisory firm supporting healthcare innovation and enterprise growth through strategic partnerships. Samson holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology (Artificial Intelligence) and is pursuing a Master’s in Strategic Leadership, while completing CFI’s FMVA and BIDA certifications. He has a strong interest in private equity and long-term value creation.
